Do you know someone looking for a job? Refer them to Long’s Human Resource Services and you could earn a $50 Gift Card

Program Rules

  • To qualify, the person referring an individual must be a current candidate or employee with an active & complete candidate/employee profile with Long’s Human Resource Services.
  • To be eligible for the $50, the referral must first be submitted to a Long’s representative and must include a Candidate Referral Form (see below form). A reliable phone number or email address must be provided for the referred individual.
  • The $50 gift card will be issued if the referred employee reaches at least 180 work hours*. These hours must be worked within 60 calendar days of the referred employee’s first day.
  • Candidate referral must be placed on assignment by Long’s Human Resource Services within three months of initial referral notification.
  • Referred candidates who are already in Long’s database and have had contact within the last 60 days are considered ineligible referrals for this program.
  • Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through Human Resources.

*Hours worked must be Billable Hours.
