Long’s launches Medical Staffing Division


Employment of healthcare occupations is projected to grow 19 percent from 2014 to 2024, much faster than the average for all occupations, adding about 2.3 million new jobs, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. And because of this, meeting the needs of our customers in the health care industry is more important than ever.  Whether it is pursuing new opportunities, adapting to find solutions, or partnering with our customers to provide the best services we can offer, we met the challenge head on to help our area’s health care providers with solutions for their staffing needs.

To better serve our current and future partners in the health care industry, we’ve launched a new medical division aimed at meeting the unique needs of health care providers throughout the region supported with the same great service, reputation and history that Mobile and Baldwin counties have come to rely on from Long’s.

Background and reference checks, verified certifications, and drug screens—we’ll handle the due diligence and present you with two to three qualified, vetted candidates so you can hire your next great employee with supreme confidence.
  • Reduced Risk: Being an employer entails quite a few expenses, including payroll taxes, insurance coverage, workers comp insurance, and a variety of other costs. If you hire a new employee and they do not work out, it can be quite expensive.
