Liz Freeman, New President of Long’s Human Resource Services, Represents Third Generation of Leadership
[Mobile, Alabama] – Tom Damson, serving as president of Long’s Human Resource Services for 30 years, is announcing his retirement and turning over the company operations to his daughter, Elizabeth Damson Freeman. Opened in 1948, Long’s is a family-held and operated corporation established by Tom and Myrtle Long. Elizabeth Damson Freeman represents the third generation of Long’s leadership who will lead the company into the future.
Elizabeth Freeman, a Mobile native and graduate of UMS-Wright, has earned her spot in the company. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development in 1998 and has since honed her skills in the company by overseeing all aspects of operations for branches in Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
