Monitor and maintain customer/lead database (Salesforce), helping to ensure that retention levels are as high as possible. Analyze data to find ways to attract new customers and assist in the rollout of such measures. Understudy basic tasks of Closing Agent and Sales & Marketing Coordinator to assist when needed. Required skills: Solid and demonstrable Salesforce (or comparable CRM platform) experience; above average computer skills (especially Microsoft Office, Gmail, etc.); Exemplary verbal, writing, and people skills.
