Office Manager

Experienced Office Manager needed for exciting position in Mobile, AL.  Candidate must have desire to see the entire team thrive and be willing to pitch in wherever needed.  Multitasking, fast paced and flexible candidate needed.   Normal duties will include bookkeeping, purchasing and general administrative duties.  $33-37k per year and benefits.

Multiple Accounting positions in Baldwin County. Pay ranges from $14 to $20 per hour DOE. Must have 3 to 5 years experience in Reconciliations, Journal Entries, GAAP knowledge, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Analysis, Costing, Web Credit card payments, monthly statements, credit applications and multiple software programs such as QuickBooks, Oracle, Salesforce etc.
